I remember a funny story!! Linda and I hung out in Jr. High & early High School. We both wanted to be veterinarians and would buy all the postcards with animals on them at the Crest and hang them on our bedroom walls!!  I had pet mice at that time and they had babies all the time (thankfully, I could give them to my friends).  One of the adult mice died, so we decided to dissect it.  We did, took out all of it's organs, decided to stuff it with cotton balls and sewed it up.  Linda wanted to save the mouse. She put it in her dresser drawer.  Days later her mother smelled something terrible and found the mouse.  That kind of put an end to our amateur vet ambitions!!  Rest in peace, Linda.  I have such good & fun memories of some of the crazy things we did as kids.
