LAFAVER, Pamela M. (Shaw) Passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 22, 2021 with her husband and two children by her side. She was born at Glover Hospital in Needham, MA on December 29, 1949 to the late Adam Johnstone Shaw and Helen (Holbrook) Shaw. She was a graduate of Needham High School and Lasell Junior College. She is survived by her high school sweetheart and husband of 49 years Leslie Lafaver of Plymouth and Needham, MA, and their children Mark Lafaver and his wife Katharine of Plymouth, and their daughter Sarah McCarron and her husband Michael of Plymouth, two grandsons and two granddaughters. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law Joyce Lafaver of Needham, Barbara Shaw of Plymouth, and her brother-in-law William Abbott also of Plymouth, as well as nieces and nephews who she adored. Pam was deeply devoted to her family and friends. She loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren at Long Pond. She loved to cook and entertain people at her home. Private services for the family will be arranged at a later date.
