Robert A Barbour, 69, of Hanover passed away peacefully on February 5, 2019 surrounded by his loved ones. He was the son of the late Charles and Margaret (Caldwell) Barbour. He was the brother of Charles Barbour and Donna Mahoney. Loving partner to Silva Khokasian. Bob was the loving father of his two children Allison Methot and her husband Craig Methot of Hanson and Dr. Sarah O’Connell and her husband Scott O’Connell of Hanover He was Grampa to Craig and Cole Methot, Maeve, Stella and Lucas O’Connell. Former husband of Jane Barbour. He leaves behind many nieces and nephews who all held a special place in his heart.

He held many jobs throughout his life, the most precious to him being his family’s business of Barbour’s Farm Market. He had a voracious love for his Dobermans and was an avid movie goer.

There will be a funeral mass celebrated on Tuesday, February 12th at 9 am at St. Mary of the Sacred Heart Church, 392 Hanover St., Rte 139 in Hanover with burial at Hanover Cemetery.
