Mrs. Cherie E. Witkus, 64, of Saint Cloud, passed away on Wednesday November 14, 2012 at Florida Hospital Celebration. Cherie was born in Boston, Massachusetts on October 15, 1948, the daughter of Howard and Ersilia (Santoro) Kendrick. Cherie is survived by her loving family; husband; Charles E. Witkus of St. Cloud, FL; her mother; Ersilia Kendrick of Milford, MA; three sons Lawrence S. husband of Melanie Poole of Kissimmee, FL; Jason M. Poole of Kissimmee, FL; David E. husband of Amy Poole of Holbrook, MA; a step-daughter: Melissa J. Witkus of Taunton, MA; step son; Charles M. Witkus of Cape Cod, MA; step son; Christopher J. husband of Meagan Witkus of Weaverville, N.C. Cherie is also survived by three sisters, Linda E. Sjostedt of North Carolina; Jean M. wife of Michael Hale of Taunton, MA; , Maria wife of Maurice Kayes of Milford, MA; a brother, Howard Kendrick, Jr. of Ashland, MA. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Stephanie A. Thomas of Auburn, CA; Cassidy Witkus of Taunton, MA; Rykie MacKinnon of : Andrew D. Poole of Holbrook, MA; Emily R.N. Poole of Holbrook, MA, Ryan Witkus of Cape Cod, MA; Amber Rose Chere Poole of Kissimmee, Fl and great grandddaughter; Jaeda Renee Thomas of Auburn, CA. A celebration of her life is pending upon the selection of a date.
