Jeffrey S. Lampman '68

Jeffrey S. “A J” Lampman of Humarock, formerly of Needham died on Saturday February 26, 2005 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He was 56 years old. Born in Boston, Jeff lived in Needham for many years before moving to Humarock 11 years ago. He was a graduate of Needham High School Class of 1968 and a veteran of the U.S. Army. “A J” was a well-known contractor and carpenter in the Needham area for many years, working on many of the area’s newer developments. He was a longtime member of the Village Club of Needham. He was the husband of Nancy (Fost) Segal Lampman and the stepfather of Eric Segal of California. The brother of Wayne R. of Attleboro, Ted W. and Charlie D. both of Needham and Barbara O’Brien of Dover, he is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Avenue Needham on Thursday March 3 at 9:00 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Bartholomew Church at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours on Wednesday from 4-8 PM. Interment at Saint Joseph Cemetery in West Roxbury. In lieu of flowers donations in Jeff’s name may be made to the Cam Neely Foundation 30 Winter Street, 2nd Floor, Boston MA 02108.
